High-risk MM per IMS-IMWG consensus

IMS-IMWG 2025 consensus high-risk MM definition

Patients must have 1 of the following:

  • del(17p)* and/or TP53 mutation
  • One of the following translocations: t(4;14) or t(14;16) or t(14;20), which must co-occur with 1q+ and/or del(1p32)
  • Monoallelic del(1p32) along with 1q+, or biallelic del(1p32)
  • High beta-2 microglobulin (> 5.5 mg/dL) with normal creatinine (< 1.2="" />

*CCF ≥20%, by analyses conducted on CD138-positive/purified cells. Assessed using an NGS-based method.
