South Asian IBD Alliance – The South Asian IBD Alliance aims to create resources, research, and education for people living with IBD and healthcare providers of South Asian origin to minimize disparities, dispel stigma, promote early diagnosis, and improve access to treatment.

Girls with Guts – Girls with Guts is a non-profit organization supporting and empowering women with IBD and/or ostomies.

Connecting to Cure Crohn’s and Colitis – The mission of Connecting to Cure Crohn’s and Colitis is to unite and support the IBD Community, amplify awareness about the gravity of IBD, raise crucial funds, and foster meaningful connections among those affected by these chronic and incurable diseases.

National Alliance on Mental Illness HelpLine – The National Alliance on Mental Illness HelpLine is a free, nationwide peer-support service providing information, resource referrals, and support to people living with a mental health condition, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public. HelpLine staff and volunteers are experienced, well-trained, and able to provide guidance.

Crisis Text Line – Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime. Crisis Text Line is here for any crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from a secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.

The Trevor Project Trevor Lifeline – If you or someone you know needs help or support, The Trevor Project’s trained crisis counselors are available 24/7 at 1-866-488-7386, via chat at TheTrevorProject.org/Get-Help, or by texting START to 678678.
