- TECVAYLI (teclistamab-cqyv) is a bispecific B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-directed CD3 T-cell engager indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least four prior lines of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.1
- This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on response rate. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in confirmatory trial(s).1
- TECVAYLI is available only through a restricted program called the TECVAYLI and TALVEY Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) because of the risks of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurologic toxicity, including immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS).1
Specialty distributors and specialty pharmacy
Access to TECVAYLI is restricted to distribution via select Specialty Distributors. - Pharmacies and healthcare settings that dispense
TECVAYLI must be certified with the TECVAYLI and TALVEY REMS and must verify prescribers are certified through the TECVAYLI and TALVEY REMS.1 - Wholesalers and distributors must only distribute TECVAYLI to certified pharmacies or healthcare settings.1
