- TALVEY (talquetamab-tgvs) is a bispecific Gprotein-coupled receptor class C group 5 member D (GPRC5D)-directed CD3 T-cell engager indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least four prior lines of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.1
- This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on response rate and durability of response. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in confirmatory trial(s).1
- TALVEY is available only through a restricted program called the TECVAYLI and TALVEY Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) because of the risks of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurologic toxicity, including immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS).1
Specialty distributors and sPECIALTY pHARMACY
Access to TALVEY is restricted to distribution via select Specialty Distributors. - Pharmacies and healthcare settings that dispense TALVEY must be certified with the TECVAYLI and TALVEY REMS and must verify prescribers are certified through the TECVAYLI and TALVEY REMS.1
- Wholesalers and distributors must only distribute TALVEY to certified pharmacies.1
- These Specialty Distributors are able to service institutions and/or healthcare professional offices and community practices.2
