Concomitant Use of SPRAVATO with Opioids

SUMMARY

  • The concomitant use of opioid medications with SPRAVATO nasal spray has not been studied. Across the phase 3 program in treatment-resistant depression, the use of opioids was prohibited.1,2

A literature search of MEDLINE®, EMBASE®, BIOSIS Previews®, and DERWENT® (and/or other resources, including internal/external databases) pertaining to this topic was conducted on 10 September 2025.
