Use of RYBREVANT FASPRO in Patients with Renal Impairment

SUMMARY

  • RYBREVANT FASPRO (amivantamab and hyaluronidase-lpuj) for subcutaneous (SC) administration is a coformulation of amivantamab with recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20 (rHuPH20).1
  • No clinically significant difference in the pharmacokinetics (PK) of amivantamab was observed based on mild and moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance [CLCr], 29 to <90 mL/min; estimated by Cockcroft Gault equation). The effect of severe renal impairment (CLCr, 15-29 mL/min) on amivantamab PK is unknown.2
