Concomitant Use of CAPLYTA with Antipsychotics in Patients with Schizophrenia

SUMMARY
- CAPLYTA is approved for treatment of adults with schizophrenia, depressive episodes associated with bipolar l or ll disorder in adults as a monotherapy and as adjunctive therapy with lithium or valproate, or adjunctive therapy with antidepressants for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults.1
- A literature review was conducted, and there is currently no systematically collected data on the use of CAPLYTA concomitantly with another antipsychotic in patients with schizophrenia.

A literature search of MEDLINE®, EMBASE®, BIOSIS Previews®, and Derwent Drug File databases (and/or other resources, including internal/external databases) pertaining to this topic was conducted on 07 July 2026.
