A prescriber has ordered TECVAYLI and TALVEY for a patient. What is required from the Pharmacy/Healthcare Setting?
The Pharmacy/Healthcare Setting must obtain a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Dispense Authorization (RDA) for EACH product. This can be done within the TECVAYLI and TALVEY REMS portal (www.TEC-TALREMS.com) or by contacting the REMS Coordinating Center (1-855-810-8064).
